Shipping and Tracking
All orders take 2-5 processing business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during our workdays.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Domestic 3-5 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)
International 5-8 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once orders are placed products cannot be edited or changed. Orders are shipped in a timely manner. You cannot cancel an order that has been shipped out or has received a tracking number.
The customer is liable for any costs incurred because of incorrectly
addressed orders. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or multiple delivery attempts, you are responsible. If you need help tracking your package, or if it says it was delivered but you don't have it, please contact UPS directly. Please Note that shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions outside of our facility.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS tracking will not be re-shipped. Missing packages are not trackable beyond 14 days after delivery date.

Return and Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately. If the product is defective, damaged or if received the wrong item, please inform us immediately so we can escalate this claim.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns due to safety and sanitary reasons.
LOCAL PICKUPS.
You will receive a email / message once pickup order is ready for pickup. Please do not show up to pickup order if order is not ready yet, OR if we haven't agreed upon for a pickup time. Pickup time window is posted everyday to ensure a smooth process. If you are picking up an order , communicate with us that you are in route. You cannot pickup before or after pickup window. If someone is picking up for you please communicate with us.
